We’re thrilled to share that a brand-new animated short is on the way—and this time, La’an Noonien-Singh steps into the spotlight. The upcoming Hurak Invasion short brings one of Star Trek Fleet Command’s most intense story moments to life with gorgeous animation, high-stakes action, and an emotional character journey led by none other than Christina Chong, reprising her role as La’an.

This short continues our ongoing mission to expand how we tell stories in Star Trek Fleet Command. As with Maia, our teams poured a tremendous amount of passion and love into transforming a key in-game narrative into a cinematic experience for players and Trek fans alike. Written by Brian Lelas, Hurak Invasion deepens your connection to a story many Commanders know well—now shown in a way you’ve never seen before.

Set during the escalating conflict with House Hurak, this short follows La’an as she faces a sudden planetary assault, a dangerous new Klingon threat, and a fight that pushes her resolve to its limits. Familiar characters return, including members of the Realta crew, and for the first time, you’ll see this chapter of the narrative animated with all the intensity, heart, and humor our players already know.
