What is the Transogen Loop?
Transogen is the latest mining material introduced into Star Trek Fleet Command, with the mining interaction designed similarly to Isogen. Commanders will mine various grades and rarities of Transogen, refining them into valuable assets. To enhance your mining efficiency, a new facility has been introduced: The Transogen Forge. This facility not only significantly boosts your Transogen mining speed across all rarities but also grants other beneficial buffs. Commanders should prioritize upgrading this facility through daily contributions to maximize its full potential.
How Does it Work?
Specialized new systems dedicated to Transogen mining have been added to the galaxy map. However, Commanders must navigate carefully: Many of these systems feature the new environmental hazard, “Transogen Tempest,” which restricts the amount of time your ships can safely remain within.
To mitigate this hazard, focus on upgrading the Transogen Forge. Once your facility surpasses level 45, you’ll unlock exclusive Transogen mining systems free from environmental hazards, allowing uninterrupted mining.
While mining, beware of revenge hostiles—these formidable foes actively hunt your mining ships. Equipping a robust hostile-hunting crew is essential! Defeating these revenge hostiles provides additional Transogen-related resources, enhancing your mining expedition’s rewards.
Why Engage with Transogen?
Transogen mined and the loot gathered from defeated revenge hostiles can be refined through the new Transogen Refinery, producing Refined Transogen (common, uncommon, and rare). This refined material is crucial as it can further be converted into essential building parts, unique exocomps, powerful artifacts, and more.
