Star Trek has always boldly gone where few had gone before, championing the ideals of diversity, inclusion, and understanding. From its earliest days in The Original Series, which courageously showcased TV’s first interracial kiss between Captain Kirk and Lieutenant Uhura, Star Trek established a universe where everyone’s identity is honored and respected.

In honor of Pride Month, Star Trek Fleet Command proudly invites players to participate in our special Pride event. Running for seven days, this optional event offers a unique Pride-themed avatar and frame to celebrate and showcase the vibrant diversity of our community.
Throughout the decades, Star Trek has continuously explored identity and diversity in groundbreaking ways. In Deep Space Nine, the story of Jadzia Dax powerfully captured the fluidity and complexity of identity through her multiple lifetimes, boldly declaring, “If you want to know who you are, it’s important to know who you’ve been.” Star Trek: Voyager introduced the compelling struggle of Seven of Nine as she navigated reclaiming her individuality from the collective, resonating deeply with themes of self-acceptance and personal truth.
Star Trek: Discovery continued this legacy with Lieutenant Paul Stamets and Dr. Hugh Culber, whose authentic and heartfelt partnership represented a meaningful step forward in LGBTQ+ visibility and storytelling. Furthermore, Star Trek: Picard proudly expanded representation through characters like Raffi Musiker and Seven of Nine, depicting diverse relationships with openness and depth.
Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry famously envisioned humanity as reaching “maturity and wisdom on the day that it begins not just to tolerate, but to take a special delight in differences.” At Star Trek Fleet Command, we deeply embody this vision, celebrating every player’s unique identity and valuable contribution to our community.

Join us in our official Discord throughout Pride Month, where you can proudly display a special Pride badge next to your username and connect with fellow commanders who believe in a universe filled with hope, respect, and understanding.
Together, let’s celebrate the true spirit of Star Trek—a universe where everyone is welcome, accepted, and celebrated for exactly who they are.
Live Long and Prosper,
-The Star Trek Fleet Command Team
