A new update arrives in Star Trek Fleet Command as part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing your gameplay experience. Below is a detailed account of fixes arriving in Update 80.1–we look forward to continuing to improve Star Trek Fleet Command based on your feedback.
New Systems, Exocomps, and Updated Flashpoint Events
- Additional systems have been added into Transogenic space.
- Following player feedback, these events will be rebalanced before the second run of Flashpoint Events on July 17.
- Hurak Invasions Stage 2 – IMS
- Hurak Invasions Stage 3 – IMS
- Liberate: Repel The Hurak – Stage 2 – SMS
- Introduced three new exocomps designed specifically to enhance performance in Transogen mining and Flashpoint engagement. These exocomps are available via events and special offers.
Systems & Hostiles

- Fixed an issue where incorrect hostiles (‘Independent Traders’) spawned instead of ‘Hurak Dropships’ in Flashpoint systems.
- Corrected the designation of the ‘Mak’Nino’ system, ensuring it correctly appears as a Deep Space system.
- Resolved an issue where revenge hostiles in the Krayn system did not consistently drop chests upon defeat.
- Addressed an issue where Flashpoint systems filled entirely with Epic Invading Entities (IE), leaving no Rare IE available. Rare IE now spawn consistently.
Warping
- Corrected an issue that allowed players to bypass locked G4 warp paths.
- Addressed an issue where the warping timer could become stuck at 00m 00s, preventing ships from completing their course. This update should significantly reduce occurrences of this issue.
Mining & XP
- Corrected multiple issues where ships mining resources failed to gain XP under certain conditions, including transfers to Arena, expulsion from the Mirror Universe, and destruction by hazards.
Away Teams
- Resolved an issue causing the “Collect” button in Away Teams to redirect instead of directly granting rewards.
- Fixed an issue where the ‘Start’ button remained usable after officers were unassigned from Away Team slots.
- Eliminated a UI glitch causing a brief black screen when upgrading new officers directly from Away Team slots.
Chaos & Forbidden Tech
- Fixed an issue causing navigation arrows to freeze after equipping Chaos Tech or Forbidden Tech on ships.
Combat & Battle Reports
- Resolved an issue where PvP battle reports appeared blank.
- Improved precision of enemy ship stats (SHP/HHP) displayed in scan view and combat reports.
User Interface & Experience
- Addressed multiple UI glitches, including:
- Resolved an issue where the visual effects on the Player Profile HUD (avatar/frame) stopped displaying after switching views.
- Fixed misaligned titles for Fleet Commander level-up rewards.
- Improved artifact sorting, ensuring temporal artifacts are consistently ordered by Level and Rarity.
- Corrected Warp Range indicators, accurately resetting the indicator color after switching views.
- Resolved a display mismatch in Refinery chest indicators.
- Fixed UI overflow issues for lengthy item names on the Customizable bundle selection screen.
- Corrected incorrect titles displayed in the Station Repair pop-ups.
- Ensured Faction Info pop-ups close correctly after keyboard interactions.
Alliance & Chat
- Reinstated notifications in Alliance Chat when new players join an alliance.
- Resolved incorrect elapsed-time displays in chat messages for languages using 2-byte characters (e.g., Japanese and Korean).
- Corrected flag color discrepancies for Invasion events on Android and iOS.
Buildings & Upgrades
- Fixed an issue where bulk upgrading buildings caused associated refinery bundles to be incorrect.
Fleet Commanders
- Fixed a display issue causing Fleet Commander shards to incorrectly appear as “0” when unlocked and active.
Secondary Tutorials
- Implemented automatic completion for secondary tutorials when the feature is disabled.
We appreciate your continued support, Commanders.
Live Long and Prosper,
-The Star Trek Fleet Command Team
