Our latest mid-month patch, Update 81.1, introduces improvements designed to enhance your experience within the Transogen space and beyond. Here’s what’s new:
Gameplay & Refinements

Transogen Space & Resources
- Transogen Tempest Hazard Damage Reduced: Hazard damage in Transogen systems (Levels 32-60) has been reduced, making mining and combat more manageable.
- Refinery Cost Adjustment: The 1x refining cost for Raw Common Transogen has been lowered for Commanders Ops Level 30-60, significantly reducing the needed time for daily refinement.
- Serene Squall Blueprints: Now available in the Transogen Refinery! Commanders who already own the Serene Squall can construct additional units.
- Free Hazard Resistance: A limited-time free gift, the Transogen Tempest Hazard Resistance Consumable, is now available in the Transogen Refinery, claimable up to five times.
Artifact Improvements
- Multi-Shard Conversion: Added a “Convert” button in the Artifact Gallery for easy multi-shard conversions.
- Skip Confirmations: Added a pop-up page for players to skip multi-convert confirmation, and grouped the skip confirmations in settings.
Ships & Abilities

- Serene Squall Correction: Fixed an issue where the Serene Squall’s Active Ship Ability displayed “Isolytic Mitigation” instead of the correct “Isolytic Defense.”
- GS-31 Gravitational Blast: Corrected an issue preventing the GS-31’s Gravitational Blast from properly firing during Elite Solo Wave Defense.
Refinery & Artifacts
- Artifact Artwork: Updated Emperor Georgiou’s Crown Artifact to display the correct artwork in the Transogen Refinery.
- Artifact Labels: Corrected Khan’s Necklace Label from “Apex Shred vs Augment Exil” to “Apex Shred vs Augment Exile.”
Hostiles & Rewards
- G5 Passive Hostiles: Fixed an issue causing G5 hostiles in Flashpoint systems to incorrectly drop G4 ship parts, ensuring correct rewards.
Research & Progression
- FKR Mining Speed: Corrected the FKR Mining Speed research bonus in the Starships Research Tree, ensuring it properly increases at Tier 9.
Speed-Up Mechanics
- Slider Stability: Resolved issues causing the Speed-Up multiplier slider to reset unexpectedly.
- Icon Alignment: Corrected overlapping issues for all Speed-Up items.
Wave Defense & Armadas

- Wave Defense Participation: Fixed the issue causing the Join button for Wave Defense to remain incorrectly active after the event has started.
- Wave Defense Reward Screen: Addressed the premature disappearance of the “Wave Defense Complete” and the “Challenge Failed” pop-ups during Wave Defense that prevented players from claiming rewards.
- Armada Navigation: Fixed incorrect display of Armada targets when navigating via chat coordinates.
- Krenim Invading Entities: Resolved the non-functional info button for Static & Charged Krenim Weapons Ships.
Away Teams
- Officer Artwork: Fixed an issue where required officer artwork disappeared from Prime Priority 1 Away Team assignments when officers were reassigned.
User Interface Enhancements

- Astrometrics Scan: Improved UI coverage on iPhone notch devices, ensuring proper display.
- Alliance Tournament Store: Fixed an unresponsive Claim button issue in the Alliance Tournament Store.
- Event Store Navigation: Resolved a blank screen issue when using the Escape key in the Event Store.
- Alliance Tournament UI: Eliminated occasional unnecessary screen transitions when navigating the Alliance Tournament menus.
- Mission Panel Stability: Addressed a client freeze issue triggered by rapidly switching back to the Mission panel using shortcuts.
Battle Reports & Officer Filters
- Battle Report Accuracy: Corrected an issue where the battle report data did not clearly show Borg Solo Armada abilities when exporting to CSV.
- Officer Filter Fix: Fixed a filtering issue where “WOK Carol Marcus” wasn’t appearing correctly under the “Loot” ability filter.
