Arriving with Update 89 is the third and final member of the FCM Armada Crew: Mara Dalen

Mara Dalen was raised on the fringes of colony life, where survival meant standing up when no one else would. She united her community, drove out those who preyed on the vulnerable, and became a symbol of resistance. Now an integral part of the Maverick Faction, she leads others to challenge the forces that threaten the powerless.

Her Officer Ability, Right to Protest, increases Isolytic Defense against Group Armadas, and her Below Deck Ability, Defy Defeat, repairs Shield Health at the start of each round against all Armada types.

It should be noted that, at max rank, Mara’s OA provides a 1000% increase in Isolytic Defense against group Armadas which is especially valuable for Open Armadas in the Veil.

The FCM Armada Crew

Mara’s arrival, along with Zefram Cochrane and FCM Data, completes the powerful FCM Armada crew. 

With full synergy, FCM Data’ Captain’s Maneuver, Plexurus of Borg, provides 200% shot increase, stacking twice to reach 400% from round 2 onward.

This is superior to the 300% boost from running Dajash Tolra and Miles O’Brien together on the bridge from round 2 onward. The full FCM synergy crew offers more shot boosting than any other current armada crew setup.

At rank 5, Zefram Cochrane’s Officer Ability, Let’s Rock’n’Roll, provides 250% armada Isolytic Cascade damage. This is higher than the 150% armada Isolytic Cascade damage provided by Gwen DeMarco.

The full team offers higher shot boosting, higher Isolytic Cascade damage, and now Mara adds Isolytic Defense against Group Armadas, which is unique to the FCM crew.

With new galactic threats, like Open Armadas, constantly appearing, the FCM Crew, Mara Dalen, Zefram Cochrane and FCM Data, set a new formidable standard for Armada combat across the universe.
