Overview: The Join the Fleet Contest and Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) begins on September 8, 2026 and ends on October 27, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion consists of one (1) skill-based contest (“Contest”) and one (1) voter sweepstakes (“Voter Sweepstakes”). The Contest consists of one (1) phase where entrants compete to become an in-game non-player character in the Star Trek Fleet Command (“Game”). One (1) Voter Sweepstakes pertains to people who vote in the Contest and want to be entered into a random drawing for a prize. See chart below for Promotion dates. Entrants may also enter the random drawing without voting.

Eligibility: The Promotion is open to citizens who reside in one of the following geographic areas: Canada (excluding Quebec), France, Germany, United Kingdom (“U.K.”) (including England, Scotland, Wales and excluding Northern Ireland), and the United States (“U.S.”) including the District of Columbia (“D.C.”) (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) (collectively “Geographic Area(s)”). Individuals who do not reside in one of these Geographic Areas are prohibited from entering the Promotion. Entrants must not be a professional actor/writer/editor. For purposes of this Promotion, a professional is an individual who receives payment for his/her services. Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority (i.e., legally recognized as an adult) in the jurisdiction where he/she resides. Entrants must also have a valid Social Security number, a valid U.S. Individual Taxpayer Identification Number, Social Insurance Number and/or a valid taxpayer reference number issued from his/her country of residence. Employees of Scopely, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Blue Raven LA, Enteractive Solutions Group, Inc. (“Promotion Administrator”), advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of the Promotion, and any agents acting for the above entities, and their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, prize suppliers, assigns, or any other person or entity associated with the Promotion (collectively “Promotion Entities”) are not eligible to enter. Immediate family members (i.e., a spouse, domestic partner, child, sibling, or parent) and/or any person, whether related or not, living in the same household of an individual affiliated with a Promotion Entity are also ineligible to enter the Promotion.

How to Enter the Contest: During the submission period which begins on September 8, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. PT and ends on September 20, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT (“Entry Period”), entrants must make a video about what Star Trek means to them by answering three (3) questions (“Video”):

  1. “I first discovered Star Trek when…”
  2. “Star Trek is meaningful to me because…”
  3. “Because of Star Trek I…”

Videos that do not include answers to all three (3) questions may be disqualified. Then entrants must go to http://startrekfleetcommand.com/join-the-fleet (“Website”) and submit the following information: Video, first name, last name, street address, city, state/province, zip/postal code, country, daytime telephone number, and email address and check the box stating, “I have read and agreed to the Official Rules, the Privacy Policy and grant all the rights to my entry and any subsequent video footage mentioned therein (“Contest Entry Information”). If an entrant uploads their Video using the URL from a social media platform such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or Vimeo, the post must include these two (2) required hashtags #StarTrekFleetCommand and #JoinTheFleetContest. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or Vimeo which is completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Promotion. After completing and submitting the Contest Entry Information, entrant will receive one (1) entry to be judged in the Contest (“Contest Entry”). Contest Entries for must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on September 20, 2026. Limit one (1) Contest Entry per email address/per person. The Video must adhere to the following guidelines and requirements:

  1. The Video must not have been created, in whole or in part, by an AI generative technology application or system.
  2. Video must be sixty (60) to one-hundred twenty (120) seconds in length.
  3. If Video exceeds one-hundred twenty (120) seconds in length the entire Video will be disqualified.
  4. Video must be in the English language or include subtitles / captions in English.
  5. Video must be wholly original; be the entrant’s own creation and entrant warrants that he/she has secured all necessary rights relating to its use and the use of the content contained within the Video.
  6. If the Video includes any music, it must be solely owned and/or have been composed by the entrant and not belong to any third party.
  7. Video must not contain the voice, likeness, similarity or face of any person other than the entrant.
  8. Video cannot contain the last name, phone number(s), address, email address of the entrant or any other person.
  9. Video must not contain or depict any objectionable, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or vulgar material.
  10. Video must not include materials (language, phrases, quotations, logos, trademarks, artwork, or products or brand names not owned or licensed by the Sponsor or its affiliates) etc.), belonging to or copyrighted by third parties.
  11. Video must not contain any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or any other form of solicitation.
  12. Video must not contain any material that: (a) would give or threaten to give rise to criminal or civil liability; (b) encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offense; or (c) encourages or provides instructional information about illegal activities; (d) encourages acts of violence or dangerous stunts/behavior.
  13. Video must not contain any references to alcohol, tobacco, drug paraphernalia, firearms, or any description or representation thereof.
  14. Video must not include obscenities or other objectionable material that defames or invades the publicity or privacy rights of any person (living or deceased), or that otherwise infringes upon any third party’s personal or proprietary rights.

Videos will be posted on the Website for public voting. POSTED VIDEOS REPRESENT SOLELY THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE INDIVIDUAL ENTRANT AND DO NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE SPONSOR. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO POST AND DISQUALIFY ANY VIDEO THAT IS IN VIOLATION OF THE STATED RESTRICTIONS OR GUIDELINES.

All required Contest Entry Information must be completed/provided in full. The Contest Entry Information must match the information of the entrant who completed the act of physically entering the Promotion. Entries by the same person in excess of the limits stated herein will be disqualified. Entrants can only participate in the Promotion under one email address. Proof of delivery or receipt of Entries will not be deemed by Sponsor as proof of Entry. Any attempted form of Contest Entry other than as described herein is void. If entrants use a web-enabled mobile device to participate, data rates may apply (entrants should contact their service provider for data rates/plans). Entrants should not drive or operate machinery while entering the Contest.

Contest Voting, Voter Sweepstakes, Judging, and Finalist Notification/Verification: Each entrant’s Video will be posted at the Website During the Entry Period. The public will be able to vote on submitted entries during the voting period from September 21, 2026 at 12:00a.m. PT to September 27, 2026 at 11:59p.m. PT. Limit one (1) vote per day/per person/per email address.

Voter Eligibility: Voters must be eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority (i.e., legally recognized as an adult) in the jurisdiction where he/she resides as of September 8, 2026 (“Voters”).

Voter Judging Criteria: Voters will vote based upon these criteria: 1) Narrative Originality; 2) Alignment with Star Trek Values; 3) Presentation Quality; and 4) Production Creativity. Any attempted form of voting other than as described herein shall be null and void. The use of voting exchanges is strictly prohibited, and any Entry suspected of being rigged to receive votes that were exchanged or bought will be disqualified. VOTERS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM VOTING BASED ON: RACE, GENDER, COLOR, RELIGION, SEX, NATIONAL ORIGIN, AGE, MARITAL STATUS, DISABILITY, MEDICAL CONDITION, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, CITIZENSHIP, OR ANY OTHER BASIS PROTECTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ORDINANCE OR REGULATION.

Voter Sweepstakes: To enter the sweepstakes, Voters must be eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority (i.e., legally recognized as an adult) in the jurisdiction where he/she resides as of September 8, 2026 and currently reside in one of the Geographic Areas. Voters can submit the following information: name, email (“Voter Entry Information”) during the Entry Period. After voting and then submitting the Voter Entry Information, said Voter will then receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entry”).

Judging: During the Entry Period, Entries will be judged by a panel of judges made up of Scopely staff  (“Judges”). The voting results will be included in judging. The Entries will be scored by the Judges based upon the following criteria: 1) Narrative Originality 1–60 points (30%); 2) Alignment with Star Trek Values 1–40 points (20%); 3) Presentation Quality 1–40 points (15%); and 4) Production Creativity 1–60 points (25%), (“Judging Criteria”). Each eligible Entry will be evaluated through a combination of Judges’ scoring (weighted up to 600 total points) and Public Fan Voting (weighted up to 400 total points), for a maximum cumulative score of up to one thousand (1,000) total points.

Initial Screening: During the Submission Period, all compliant Videos will be reviewed by one (1) Judge from the panel and assigned an initial score across the Judges’ Criteria. The top thirty (30) highest-scoring Videos identified during this period will advance to full panel evaluation. The top thirty are determined by the combination of the single Judge’s score and the public voting score after the Public Fan Voting period closes.

Judges’ Panel Evaluation (60% Weighting / Up to 600 Points): The top thirty (30) entries will be judged by the full Judging Panel. Each Judge will evaluate entries on a scale of 0 to 10 across four weighted categories: Narrative Originality (Up to 180 points; spreadsheet multiplier x18), Production Creativity (Up to 180 points; spreadsheet multiplier x18), Alignment with Star Trek Values (Up to 120 points; spreadsheet multiplier x12), Presentation Quality (Up to 120 points; spreadsheet multiplier x12).

Public Voting (40% Weighting / Up to 400 Points): Public voting will take place at http://startrekfleetcommand.com/join-the-fleet. At the close of the Fan Voting Period, entries will receive additional points based on their relative rank-based percentile standing on the public leaderboard: 1st Place: 400 Points, 2nd–5th Place: 350 Points, 6th–10th Place: 300 Points, 11th–20th Place: 250 Points, 21st–30th Place: 200 Points,  all other entries receiving at least one (1) verified vote: 100 Points.

Final Leaderboard & Finalist Declaration: The Judges’ scores and Public Fan Voting points will be combined to calculate each entrant’s Final Score (out of 1,000 max points). Subject to verification and compliance checks, the top eight (8) entrants with the highest combined Final Scores will be declared Finalists. The entrant with the highest overall score will be declared the Contest Grand Prize Winner.

Tiebreakers: In the event of a tie in total points, the tie will be broken sequentially by evaluating the higher score earned in the following individual Judge categories:  1st Tiebreaker: Higher raw score in Narrative Originality, 2nd Tiebreaker: Higher raw score in Alignment with Star Trek Values, 3rd Tiebreaker: Higher raw score in Presentation Quality. If a tie still persists, the Judging Panel, in its sole discretion, shall select the higher-ranked Finalist based on an overall evaluation of which Video is superior taking all criteria into account. Judges reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to select fewer than eight (8) Finalists (or no Finalists at all) if an insufficient number of eligible or qualified Videos are received.

Notification and Verification of Finalists and Contest Grand Prize Winner: The potential Finalists will be notified via email on or about October 1, 2026. The notification will include a link to a secure eligibility form which must be completed by each potential Finalist within forty-eight (48) hours from the date the notification was sent (“Eligibility Form”). The information required on the Eligibility Form includes: first and last name, mailing address including country, email address. Failure to complete the Eligibility Form within forty-eight (48) hours of it being sent will result in disqualification and alternate potential Finalist(s) will be notified. If a potential Finalist(s) does not complete the Eligibility Form within forty-eight (48) hours; is found to be ineligible; if he/she does not comply with these Official Rules; or if any electronic communication is returned as undeliverable, such potential Finalist will be disqualified and an alternate potential Finalist who received the next highest score may be declared a potential Finalist in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Potential Finalists will be required to electronically sign and return an unmodified content license and release agreement (“Content License and Release”); a copy of their legible government issued photo identification; an optional photo of themselves that will be used by the Sponsor to create a custom sketch; an upload of the Video if it was not already uploaded to the Website; and provide any other documentation that Sponsor requires (collectively “Finalist Documents”) within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt by potential Finalist(s). If a potential Finalist does not provide the applicable Finalist Documents required herein, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, said person(s) may be disqualified, and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such potential Finalist. Electronic documents have the same force and effect as originals. By completing the Finalist Documents, each Finalist attests to the provisions stated therein including the accuracy of the information contained therein and compliance with these Official Rules. If a potential Finalist cannot be reached, is found to be ineligible, does not complete the applicable Finalist Documents in the time frame listed above, and/or if he/she does not comply with these Official Rules, said potential Finalist will be disqualified and the next entrant whose Video had the highest score will become a potential Finalist.

Contest Grand Prize Winner Announcement: The grand prize winner of the Contest will be revealed by the Sponsor on October 27, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. PT on the Website and on social media.

Voter Sweepstakes Random Drawing: One (1) random drawing will be conducted in this Promotion on or about October 13, 2026 (“Drawing Dates”). The random drawing will be conducted by the Promotion Administrator, an independent compliance organization located in Burbank, CA U.S. Fifty (50) Voter Sweepstakes winners will be randomly selected from all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received.  One (1) Voter Sweepstakes Grand Prize will also be awarded to an Entry randomly selected from all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received.

Notification of Voter Sweepstakes Winners: Each potential Voter Sweepstakes winner will be notified via in-game message or email on or about October 27, 2026. If any potential Voter Sweepstakes winner is found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, and/or if his/her notifications are returned as undeliverable, such potential Voter Sweepstakes winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential Voter Sweepstakes winner (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) may be randomly selected. If a Voter Sweepstakes prize winner is a Canadian resident, he/she must correctly answer a time based, mathematical skill-testing question administered by phone/email without assistance or mechanical or electronic aid to be eligible for the applicable prize.

Promotion Prizes: A total of fifty-one (51) Voter Sweepstakes prizes and nine (9) Contest prizes will be awarded in this Promotion.

Voter Sweepstakes Prizes: Voter Sweepstakes first prizes consist of fifty (50) $10 U.S. dollars (“USD”) digital gift cards each. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Voter Sweepstakes first prize: $10 USD. The overall grand prize for the Voter Sweepstakes is one (1) $500 USD digital gift card. The ARV of the grand prize is $500 USD. The total ARV of all Voter Sweepstakes prizes: $1,000 USD. Actual digital gift card chosen in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Gift cards cannot be exchanged/redeemed for cash or combined with any other offer and are subject to stated terms and conditions. Odds of winning depends upon the total number of Sweepstakes Entries received. The odds of winning the Voter Sweepstakes grand prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received. Limit one (1) Voter Sweepstakes prize and one (1) Grand Prize per person for the entire Promotion Period.

Contest Prizes: Eight (8) Finalist prizes will be awarded in the Contest. Each Finalist prize consists of a custom Star Trek Fleet Command custom illustration. The ARV of each Finalist prize: $100 USD. The total approximate ARV of all Finalist prizes: $800 USD. One (1) grand prize will be awarded in the Contest. This grand prize consists of the grand prize winner’s likeness appearing as an in-game non-player character in Star Trek Fleet Command mobile application (“STFC”). The grand prize has no fixed monetary nor redemption value. Limit one (1) Finalist prize per person for the entire Promotion Period. THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER MUST SIGN ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS FROM THE SPONSOR IN ORDER TO APPEAR IN THE GAME. IF THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER DECLINES TO SIGN THESE DOCUMENTS, THE GRAND PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED IN ITS ENTIRETY WITH NO COMPENSATION OR SUBSTITUTION OF A PRIZE OR PRIZE COMPONENT AND THE GRAND PRIZE MAY BE AWARDED TO THE ALTERNATE POTENTIAL WINNER WITH THE NEXT HIGHEST SCORE.

The total ARV of all prizes awarded in this Promotion: $1,800 USD. No cash equivalent for prize(s) will be available. Prize(s) is not transferable. However, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion choose to substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to unavailability or for any other reason. Any depiction of the prize(s) in promotional materials or otherwise is for illustrative purposes only. All federal, state, provincial, territorial, or other tax liabilities (including but not limited to income taxes for a U.S. winner or U.S. withholding taxes for a winner who does not reside in the U.S.) arising from participation in the Promotion or award of any prize(s) will be the sole responsibility of the winner(s). No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for a prize (or prize component), except that Sponsor in its sole discretion may substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value due to prize unavailability for any reason. Any depiction of the prizes or prize components, in promotional materials or otherwise, is for illustrative purposes only. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification, as set forth in these Official Rules. The Promotion Administrator is not the supplier or guarantor of any prize.

Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”): To enter the Voter Sweepstakes without voting, an eligible individual may click on the link provided beneath the voting gallery. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person per email address per day during each applicable entry period. AMOE entries are subject to the same eligibility requirements and limitations set forth in these Rules. AMOE entries received outside the applicable entry period will not be accepted. Incomplete, illegible, or duplicate AMOE entries will be disqualified. AMOE entries will not be entered into the Contest.

Grant of Rights: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, entrants grant the Sponsor a nonexclusive license, in perpetuity, to the Video/custom sketch and any ideas, concepts, copyrighted material and trademarks contained in the Video and any and all rights to the Video’s content become the sole property of Sponsor and may be used by Sponsor without further notice or compensation to entrant. Entrant unconditionally assigns and transfers to Sponsor all rights, title, interest, and claim, which he or she now has, or may in the future have to his/her Video/custom sketch. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the  Sponsor has the right to modify, edit, adapt, electronically alter, use, assign and/or dispose of such Video/custom sketch however it sees fit and for any purpose without any notice or compensation to entrant or any third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, entrants grant the Sponsor the non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable rights to use, reproduce, copy, publish, display, distribute, perform, translate, adapt, modify, and otherwise exploit the Video/custom sketch and to incorporate them in other works in any and all markets and media, whether now known or hereafter developed, throughout the universe in perpetuity.  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, entrants warrant that they have the exclusive right to grant such rights to the Sponsor, and that the Sponsor’s reproduction, publishing, displaying, and/or other use of the Video/custom sketch will not infringe on any rights of third parties, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, privacy, personal, proprietary, moral, or publicity rights, anywhere in the world.  Entrants agree that Sponsor shall have no obligation to copy, publish, display, or otherwise exploit the Video/custom sketch.

Tax Obligations: All federal, state, and/or other applicable taxes (including but not limited to income taxes for a U.S. winner) arising from participation in the Promotion or the award of a prize may be required by applicable tax authorities in the jurisdiction in which a winner resides and is the sole responsibility of each winner. Non-U.S. prize winners may be subject to 30% withholding taxes which must be collected prior to receiving any prizes. Winners outside the U.S. will be issued an IRS Form 1042-S from the Sponsor(s) or Sponsor’s designee for the total ARV of the prize won (as stated herein) in the calendar year won. U.S. winners will be issued an IRS Form 1099-MISC or equivalent tax reporting documents for prizes valued at $2,000 USD or more, and non-U.S. winners will be issued an IRS FORM 1042 or equivalent tax reporting documents as required by United States law, from the Sponsor for the total ARV of the prize won (as stated herein) in the calendar year won.

Personal Data/Privacy Policy: Entrants understand and agree that personal data/information they provide will be processed in the U.S. (i.e., outside the EEA and/or not in the country or jurisdiction of any other eligible country). Your data will be processed by Scopely, Inc., its affiliated companies, and its vendor Blue Raven for the purpose of administering this Promotion. Each entrant’s personal data will be used for purposes of administering the Promotion including but  not limited to any required applicable record keeping, tax forms, state registrations, and/or any prize fulfillment obligations. The Promotion Administrator does not and will not sell the personally identifiable information of any entrant or winner. Furthermore, the Promotion Administrator will not share or disclose any personally identifiable information to any third-party company or business unrelated to the Promotion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, any personal information supplied by entrants to Sponsor or its affiliates will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at https://www.scopely.com/en/legal?id=privacy&langSection=en. For entrants located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, full details regarding the legal basis for processing, international data transfers (including applicable safeguards), data retention, and individual rights under the General Data Protection Regulation and applicable local data protection laws are set forth in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, except where prohibited by law and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: (1) entrant’s acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Promotion Entities to use an entrant’s first name, last initial, state/province/region and country for advertising/publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media, without further notice to or compensation in connection with said Promotion or the prizes awarded and (2) Sponsor has the right to modify, edit, adapt, electronically alter, and/or dispose of such Entries however it sees fit and for any purpose without any notice or compensation to entrants or any third parties.

General Conditions: This Promotion is governed by these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, territorial, provincial, and local laws. By entering the Promotion, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants agree and acknowledge to be bound by these Official Rules, as well as the decisions of the Sponsor and the Promotion Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Official Rules; and to indemnify and hold harmless the Promotion Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Promotion or the use of any submitted Entry; and to release all rights to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against the Promotion Entities. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Any person attempting to defraud or tamper with the Promotion may be prosecuted and is not eligible for a prize. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as originally planned, the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion or any portion thereof and to assess the scoring and award the prize(s) from all salvageable eligible Entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor, or award the prize(s) in a manner that is fair and equitable as determined in Sponsor’s discretion. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant who submitted a winning Entry, the authorized account holder of the Account on the Platform or the authorized email address  affiliated with that Entry will be deemed the entrant. Said person must comply with these Official Rules, be the person who completed the act of entering, and, in the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, may be required to provide proof of ownership of the Account on the applicable Platform and/or the email account.

Disclaimers: The Promotion Entities are not responsible or liable for Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), in excess of the stated limit, or for Entries that are illegible, late, tampered with, forged, incomplete, misdirected, deleted, damaged, lost, misplaced, stolen, destroyed, dropped, inaccessible, corrupted, jumbled, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Any such Entries will be disqualified. By entering the Promotion, the entrants agree and acknowledge that the Promotion Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death) in connection with: participation in this Promotion; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Game account information; acceptance/possession, use/misuse, and/or defects of a prize (or prize element) awarded herein; typographical errors in the promotional material; fraudulent (including unauthorized) gift cards/ certificates made with lost, stolen, misplaced, misappropriated or incomplete (including inaccurate) database information and/or canceled gift cards/certificates; any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, internet service provider; any interruption or inability to access the Game (or Sponsor’s/Promotion Administrator’s inability to access the Game), or any website or online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; wireless network dead zones or obstructions; any damage to an entrant’s (or any third person’s) computer/mobile device and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of this Promotion or from entering or downloading materials/software in connection with the Promotion; and/or any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects or any other errors or malfunctions; even if caused by the negligence of one of the Promotion Entities. Entrants hereby acknowledge that said Promotion Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including any applicable express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that may be sent along with a prize. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promotion Entities shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity that may be caused by or have contributed to (1) any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of a prize supplier or any of its agents, servants, employees, or independent contractors, (2) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of the Sponsor, or (3) any other cause, condition, or event whatsoever beyond the control of the Sponsor or its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies. The failure of the Sponsor to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, demonstrations, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of the Sponsor (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations), or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures and other statements contained in any Promotion materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction, Arbitration: All entrants acknowledge and understand that they are entering into a Promotion being run and administered in the U.S. and acknowledge that the Promotion is subject to the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of the U.S. State of California to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to (i) the Promotion, (ii) the awarding or redemption of any prize, and/or (iii) the determination of the scope or applicability of these Official Rules or their enforcement or interpretation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the state of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules, its enforcement, arbitrability or interpretation shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration, to be held in Los Angeles County, California, before a single arbitrator, in accordance with California Code of Civil Procedure §§ 1280 et seq. The arbitrator shall be selected by mutual agreement of Sponsor(s) and the entrant or entrants bringing forth the controversy or claim, which to the extent permissible must be brought individually and not as part of a class/group (collectively, the “Parties”) or, if the Parties cannot agree, then by striking from a list of arbitrators supplied by the American Arbitration Association or JAMS/Endispute. The arbitration shall be a confidential proceeding, closed to the general public. The arbitrator shall issue a written opinion stating the essential findings and conclusions upon which the arbitrator’s award is based. The Parties will share equally in payment of the arbitrator’s fees and arbitration expenses and any other costs unique to the arbitration hearing (recognizing that each side bears its own deposition, witness, expert, and attorneys’ fees and other expenses to the same extent as if the matter were being heard in court). To the maximum extent permitted by law, entrant(s) agrees that his/her claim will be resolved individually, exclusively by arbitration (where legal), without resort to any form of class action. To the maximum extent permitted by law, each entrant(s) further agrees that any claim/judgment/award in such arbitration shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the Promotion and in no event will entrant(s) be permitted to obtain attorneys’ fees, other legal costs and/or be entitled to awards. To the maximum extent permitted by law, entrant(s) hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Should any term of this section be deemed by a tribunal of competent jurisdiction void, unenforceable or contrary to law, such term shall, but only to the extent necessary to bring this section within the requirements of law, be deemed to be severed from the other terms of these Official Rules, and the remainder of these Official Rules shall be given effect as if it had not included the severed term herein. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL WITH RESPECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND ISSUES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT OR TORT AND INCLUDING ANY CLAIM FOR FRAUDULENT INDUCEMENT THEREOF.

In the event of any conflict between any provision of these Official Rules and any statute, law, or regulation in any jurisdictions, the latter will prevail; provided, however, that in such event, the provision(s) of these Official Rules so affected will be curtailed and limited only to the minimum extent necessary to permit compliance with the requirement(s) of such statute, law, regulation or provision, and all other terms of these Official Rules will continue in full force and effect.

For United Kingdom entrants, any dispute arising in relation to them, shall be governed by English law, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Official Rules, if and only to the extent English law applies, nothing in these Official Rules shall limit or exclude any type of liability which may not be lawfully excluded or limited, including liability arising for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

For French entrants, any dispute arising in relation to them, shall be governed by French law, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

For German entrants, any dispute arising in relation to them, shall be governed by German law, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.

Rules/Winners List: To receive the winners list or the rules, send an email to [email protected] with the name of the Promotion in the subject line and specify if you want the rules or the winner list in the body of the email. All requests must be received by December 27, 2026. The winners may also be posted online at Sponsor’s discretion. The winners list will only contain the following information: first name, last initial, state/province, country, prize won, and prize value.
