When you log into Star Trek Fleet Command on Wednesday, November 29th, at event reset, head to your gifts tab to claim your 10,000 5th Year Anniversary Tokens.
These tokens can be used in the event store tab to claim a full unlock of an Epic officer for those above ops 19 and for anyone under a full rare officer.
