This month, if you’re below Operations 50, you’re getting a tailored experience—built to match your ships, targets, and progression speed. While Commanders Ops 51+ engage in DS9: Retribution, you’ll embark on Causality, a focused narrative with goals and rewards designed specifically for your level band.
What’s Going On?
Temporal ripples are shaking the galaxy. The Red Angel suit has misfired, and subspace anomalies are everywhere. Your mission path and enemies scale to your Ops range, so you can jump into the action right away.
Your Path by Ops Level
Discovery
Ops 20–29
Join Stamets to investigate anomalous signatures, protect your research sites, and stabilize the rifts. Players will see Anomalous Phenomena events with a special twist: “Phenomenal Anonymous.”
Event intro:
Investigate subspace anomalies with Stamets. Secure your scans and drive back hostile interference to reveal the truth behind the rifts.
Voyager
Ops 30–39
A timeline fracture has separated Janeway and The Doctor from the crew. Track the disruption, confront the Hirogen, and bring them home. Players will need to target Hirogen enemies in escalating encounters.
Event intro:
A timeline split has stranded Janeway and The Doctor. Hunt Hirogen patrols, trace the disruption, and reunite the crew.
Relativity
Ops 40–50
Krenim temporal tech is twisting causality. Study their fleets, pinpoint the fracture moment, and restore the timeline. Players will engage Krenim and Krenim Formadas tuned for late Mid-Ops.
Event intro:
Krenim tech is destabilizing the timeline. Analyze temporal signatures, battle their fleets, and set causality back on course.
Battle Pass & Theme
Causality will feature its own Battle Pass in Update 84, and will focus on progression of the timeline tied to your Operations level. If you already own the ship for your level range, you’ll receive parts appropriate to its tier. If you don’t yet have the ship, you’ll receive Discovery, Voyager, or Relativity schematics—which you can exchange in the Event Store for blueprints or parts.
