The Digital Conveyor! Galaxy Quest’s answer to the transporter. Tragically, there can be some adverse effects for those who are digitally conveyed, if the sequence is not input correctly.
In this Digital Conveyor event, you will calibrate the device in an attempt to successfully transport a Beryllium Sample. Using the Event Store, you can trade in Digital Conveyor Sequences for a chance of getting the sample or other random items.
Beaming up the Beryllium Sample will complete the SMS immediately. However, the machine is rather finicky and along the way it is quite likely that you will have some mishaps! There is only a 5% chance of getting the Beryllium sample. However, each failed attempt will still result in some SMS and SLB progress, and you can trade in your failed attempts for more Digital Conveyor Sequences so that you can try again.
You can get Digital Conveyor Sequences by completing the other events in the series. Also, if you have recruited Laliari and have her at T2 or above, she can assist you by providing you a daily supply of Digital Conveyor Sequences that can be claimed from the Event Store.
A higher tier Laliari will provide you with more Sequences. Also, having Laliari will raise your chance of beaming up the Beryllium Sample from 5% to 10% Even once you have finished the SMS, you can still earn more rewards from this event by continuing to trade in the Sequences, because the SLB will score for everything you get.
