Division 12 – Patch Notes

By Obsidian Hamster 15 October 2026

Commanders,

Some mysteries need more than a scan.

Division 12 investigates the phenomena Starfleet cannot explain. This Halloween, its latest case brings us aboard the U.S.S. Griffin, where a decorated officer’s increasingly erratic behavior has left investigators with more questions than answers.

This release gives Commanders new reasons to put their fleets to work. Participate in Division 12 investigations, earn Specialty Ship Refits through activities with the ships you already use, complete the Free Battle Pass for a Rare Officer unlock, and prepare for seasonal events building towards an epic finale.

New Epic Officer Villains Rose Harper also joins the update, bringing more control over your Sigma resource raids and additional protection against players.

Stay tuned for more information  about upcoming events and themes, with new details being revealed each week throughout the Division 12 release.

Made up of analysts and researchers, Division 12 examines strange phenomena across the galaxy, searching for scientific explanations behind seemingly impossible events. From

mysterious transformations to unexpected appearances, the team has encountered countless unusual cases, often uncovering the truth behind them.

However, not every mystery can be explained, and some cases continue to challenge even the brightest minds in Starfleet. As Division 12 continues its investigations, these unsolved mysteries serve as a reminder that the universe still holds secrets beyond our understanding.

  • New Officer: Villains Rose Harper
  • New Events
  • New Battle Pass
  • New Refits
  • New Updates to the G7 Multiphasic Exchanges (later in the release)
  • And More

New Officer

Epic Villains Rose Harper (Ops 61+)

Harper was once a highly decorated Starfleet officer with an exceptional service record, having graduated with honors from Starfleet Academy and proven herself in battle. However, after being assigned as Chief Security Officer aboard the U.S.S. Griffin, her behavior began to change as she developed increasingly severe paranoia.

Believing herself to be in danger, Harper turned against her own crew, committing a series of brutal murders despite no evidence of an external threat. Investigations found no signs of alien interference or environmental hazards that could explain her actions, leaving the cause of her behavior a mystery.

Even more unsettling, recordings of Harper suggest something far stranger may have been happening aboard the Griffin, raising questions that remain unanswered.

Updates, Improvements & Bug Fixes

Kelcie Mae Blueprints Territory Service Update

As previously communicated, starting with the November 1 Territory Service rotation, the Kelcie Mae Blueprints service will be guaranteed in all T2 and T3 Territory zones for one season only. Beginning with the December 1 rotation, the service will return to chance-based availability.

Upcoming Services Display

During this period, players may notice Kelcie Mae Blueprints appearing in the “Upcoming Services” list, even in zones where the service will not be available during the next rotation.

This is a display issue related to the temporary service setup and does not guarantee that Kelcie Mae Blueprints will be available in those zones in December.

Why This Happens

  • Each rotation, the game selects one set of Territory Services to be active and another set to appear under “Upcoming Services.”
  • To guarantee Kelcie Mae Blueprints for November, a temporary service list containing only that service has been added.
  • Due to how the system works, this temporary list may also appear under “Upcoming Services.”
  • After the November season, the temporary list will be removed, and Kelcie Mae Blueprints will return to the standard chance-based rotation.

If Kelcie Mae Blueprints do not appear in a zone during a future rotation after November, this is expected behavior and not a bug.

We understand this display may cause some confusion and appreciate your patience and feedback.

U. S.S. Dauntless

The U.S.S. Dauntless’ Seek and Destroy Ability was improved to make it more reliable, reducing instances where the ship could become stuck or move around without targeting a Hostile.

Battle Pass

A new icon has been added to the top-right corner of the main HUD, allowing players to quickly view their Battle Pass progress and access the Battle Pass directly.

Additionally, the Unlock Elite button now opens a new screen where players can compare the available Elite Battle Pass offers.
