Commanders,
Throughout Star Trek’s 60-year history, it has pioneered what representation looks like in science fiction.
From the groundbreaking presence of Uhura and Sulu in The Original Series to LGBTQ+ characters like Jadzia Dax, Paul Stamets, Hugh Culber, Jett Reno, Raffi Musiker, and now Starfleet Academy’s Jaden Crog, Star Trek has told stories that reflect the diversity of both the galaxy and the fans who call it home.
Star Trek has never been about tolerating differences, it’s about accepting them because they make us stronger. It has shown time and again that different backgrounds, identities, and perspectives make us stronger.
The Vulcan philosophy of Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combinations represents that idea precisely. It reminds us that every person brings something unique and valuable to the table.
Starting on June 18th, Star Trek Fleet Command is celebrating Pride Month with a 7-day series of opt-in Pride-themed events. Players can earn a special Avatar, Frame, and Player Title inspired by the values of diversity, inclusion, and community that have always been at the heart of Star Trek.

Also don’t forget to swing by our Official STFC Discord server and ask a Moderator or Community Manager for a Pride Badge.
As Star Trek celebrates its 60th anniversary by inspiring fans around the world, STFC is proud to celebrate the infinitely diverse communities that continue to make this galaxy worth exploring.
Live Long and Prosper
