Commanders, we have a unique and novel challenge for you! For this “What is its motivation?” event, nearly everything has been obscured. The challenge is thus: you must discover what the event wants you to do, and then you must complete it! Begin by gathering the 8 coordinates for your search. One will be easily claimable from a gift chest, and then you will have to figure out where to find the rest! Be thorough, those coordinates are hiding in interesting places both inside and outside of the game.
Check the website, social media, discord, and our content creators! All coordinates will be available on the first day of the event. Once acquired, the coordinates will be viewable in your inventory, in the Other tab.
Once you have assembled and viewed the coordinates in your inventory, you will know what region of space to investigate further. Somewhere in there, you will find four ciphers that must be decoded. Starting on the second day of the event, you will be given the means to decode a good bit of it, but to fully understand the message you will need the help of Sir Alexander Dane.
Commanders who have recruited Sir Alexander Dane will be able to fully decode the ciphers, and once the decoding is complete you will be able to finally know what you need to do to solve the puzzle and finish the event!
