Haven
Welcome to Haven
Haven is a new feature for Commanders Ops 61+ which introduces a planetary base to develop, expand, and personalize. After constructing the Iconian Hub on your Station, you can travel through the gateway to the mysterious new world known as Haven. Begin building your base by clearing new areas, upgrading structures, increasing Frontier Prestige, and unlocking account-wide buffs. This is a brand-new frontier where no one has been before.
Tread carefully, Commander!
Iconian Gateway
The Iconian Gateway is the focal point of Haven. This impressive structure passively generates Resonance Charge, a new currency that can be used to acquire Haven building shards or upgrade other structures. The Iconian Gateway can be leveled up to 10, increasing the generation of Resonance Charge and unlocking new buildings for purchase in the Haven store.
- Acquire Haven building shards
- Upgrade structures throughout Haven
- Support the continued development of the base

Note: When accessing Haven for the first time, an introductory video will automatically play. Please be aware that the video includes audio that will play regardless of your current in-game audio settings.
Environmental Stabilizer
The Environmental Stabilizer allows Commanders to clear the toxic fog covering Haven and open new areas for development. Upgrading the Environmental Stabilizer will:
- Increase its Resonance Charge generation
- Improve its ability to clear fog
- Help open more of Haven for new structures

Haven Store
The Haven Store offers a wide variety of Structures that can be acquired and deployed across your planetary base. Haven Structures are available in four rarities: Common, Uncommon, Rare, and Epic.
Common Structures do not provide buffs, while Uncommon, Rare, and Epic Structures each provide an account-wide buff. These buffs become more powerful as Structures are upgraded from Level 1 to Level 10.
At launch, the Haven Store will feature:
- 8 Common Structures
- 8 Uncommon Structures
- 8 Rare Structures
- 5 Epic Structures
An additional 4 Epic Structures will be available through the Battle Pass, events, and in-app purchases.
Managing Haven
As Haven expands, Structures can be freely moved across areas that have been cleared of fog. You can drag Structures to new locations, remove them from the map, and redeploy them to customize your base. Special Road tiles are also available to further personalize Haven’s appearance.
Structure buffs and Frontier Prestige are only active while the Structure is deployed. You can place multiple Structures of the same type for customization purposes, but only the highest-level deployed Structure of that type will contribute its buff and Frontier Prestige.
Visiting & Sharing Havens
Each Server and Server Region features a Haven leaderboard based on total Frontier Prestige. From the leaderboard, you can visit other Commanders’ Havens and see how they’ve developed and customized their planetary bases.
You can also Help another Haven up to three times per day to earn rewards for both Commanders. Helping is not limited to members of your Alliance, allowing you to interact with Havens from across your Server.
Havens can also be shared directly in chat for other players to visit and explore. Players at Ops 20 and above can view Havens.
For more information about Haven check out the blog we posted earlier this week here.
U.S.S. Kelcie Mae
The U.S.S. Kelcie Mae is a unique Starfleet vessel built for rapid travel, with a sleek and unconventional design suited for transporting passengers and valuable cargo across the galaxy. Originally selected for missions such as carrying Klingon defector Ambassador Dak’Rah, the ship has since been retrofitted with advanced mining equipment and experimental weaponry.
The U.S.S. Kelcie Mae enhances Territory Capture through faster Isogenite mining and stronger Capture Node defense. It also unlocks 16 new Territory Research nodes and expands the Territory Capture Refinery with Nexus Prisms, Ship Parts, Officer Shards, and other valuable resources.

Ship Abilities
The U.S.S. Kelcie Mae features two abilities designed to enhance mining and survivability within Territory Capture.
Isogenite Prospector
- Increases base Mining Speed for 1★, 2★, and 3★ Raw Isogenite, as well as Isogenite Geodes, helping the U.S.S. Kelcie Mae gather key Territory Capture resources more efficiently.
Staying Power
Strengthens the U.S.S. Kelcie Mae while defending a Capture Node during a Takeover by:
- Increasing base Damage.
- Increasing base Apex Barrier.
Together, these abilities allow the U.S.S. Kelcie Mae to mine Territory Capture resources more efficiently while providing additional combat strength when defending Capture Nodes during Takeovers.
U.S.S. Kelcie Mae Tier-Up Gift
The first time the U.S.S. Kelcie Mae reaches each new tier, Commanders will receive a one-time gift containing Officer Choice Badge Tokens, which can be exchanged for their choice of Command, Science, or Engineering Badges. (This Tier-Up gift only applies to the first U.S.S. Kelcie Mae built.)
Update 95 Exclusive Tier-Up Gift
During the launch Arc, each tier-up gift will also include a limited-time bonus of Cat Spock, Ambassador Spock, and Female Spock Shards, providing additional opportunities to progress these Officers alongside the U.S.S. Kelcie Mae.
Territory Capture Refinery Additions
The U.S.S. Kelcie Mae brings new additions to the Territory Capture Refinery, expanding access to Officer Shards, progression resources, ship materials, and more.

New Refinery Sourcing
- Cat Spock, Ambassador Spock, and Female Spock Shards
- 4◇ Refined Isogen

- Nexus Prisms
- U.S.S. Kelcie Mae Parts
- U.S.S. Kelcie Mae Tier-Up Gifts
- Consulate Quantum & Luminous Cores
- Chronometric Particles
- Progenitor Alloys
- Refined Isogenite
Nexus Prisms are a new resource used to progress the U.S.S. Kelcie Mae’s Territory Research, providing a direct connection between the ship’s Refinery loop and its Research progression.
Bonus Rewards
Additional rewards available through the Refinery include exchanges that allow Nexus Prisms to be traded for other Prism types.
New Territory Research Nodes
The U.S.S. Kelcie Mae unlocks 17 new Territory Research nodes, providing powerful bonuses for the ship itself while also expanding progression across Territory Capture, G6 Survey ships, and G6 FKR ships.
With the exception of 2 special nodes, each Research node features 15 levels, with one level corresponding to each tier of the U.S.S. Kelcie Mae. The ship must reach the required tier before the corresponding Research level can be unlocked.
These new Research nodes require Nexus Prisms, a new resource sourced exclusively through the U.S.S. Kelcie Mae Refinery.

Automated Defenses Refit

When another player attacks the U.S.S. Kelcie Mae on a mining node, Combat Officer abilities are negated (-100% to Captain’s Maneuvers, Officer Abilities, and Below Deck Abilities), but the ship receives the following bonuses:
- +40,000,000% base Standard Damage
- +300% base Shots per attack
- 8-round delay to enemy weapon fire
- +10,000,000% resistance to the Borg Cube’s Cutting Beam and the GS-31’s Gravitational Blast
Together, these new Research nodes strengthen the U.S.S. Kelcie Mae’s mining and survival capabilities while providing broader bonuses across Territory Capture combat, mining, Armadas, and G6 progression.
Territory Capture Updates
We’re making several updates to Territory Capture focused on improving resource availability, expanding Isogen mining opportunities, refreshing Territory Services more frequently, and improving the flow of Territory Takeovers.
Improved Resource Availability
Territory systems that contain multiple types of mines, such as Ore, Crystal, and Gas, now have a maximum spawn limit for each individual resource. This change is designed to prevent high-demand resources from becoming unavailable within these systems.
For example, many Territory systems have 20 total mining locations where Ore, Crystal, or Gas can spawn. Each resource will now have a maximum of 7 active mines, helping ensure that all three resource types remain available.
More Legacy Isogen Mining Locations
Additional Legacy Isogen mining opportunities have been added outside of Territory space:
- 3★ Legacy Isogen has been added to the Rogue systems Peckinpah, Yuma, and Wallach.
- 2★ Legacy Isogen has been added to the Rogue systems Leone, Tombstone, and Kuzukoh.
Isogenite Geode Improvements
We’ve made several improvements to Isogenite Geodes to make finding one more rewarding:
- Isogenite Geode spawn chance has increased from 20% to 30%.
- Isogenite Geode sizes have been increased by 300% across all tiers:
- 10,000 → 30,000
- 20,000 → 60,000
- 50,000 → 150,000
- 100,000 → 300,000
Larger Raw Isogenite Nodes
Larger versions of Raw Isogenite nodes have been added to Territory Capture systems, providing more opportunities for longer and more passive mining sessions.
We also want to preserve the ability to hunt for Isogenite Geodes by mining smaller nodes, so these systems will not contain only larger nodes. Each system will always have a minimum of three smaller nodes or Geodes available at any given time.
New node sizes include:
- 1★ Zone Isogenite: 3,200,000 base node → new 4,000,000 node added
- 2★ Zone Isogenite: 500,000 base node → new 1,500,000 node added
- 3★ Zone Isogenite: 300,000 base node → new 1,000,000 node added
- 4★ Zone Isogenite: 1,200,000 base node → new 4,000,000 node added
Monthly Territory Service Rotations
Territory Services will now rotate on a monthly cadence instead of every three months, allowing new and unique combinations of Services to become available more frequently.
Service rotations will occur around 10:00 AM on the first day of each month, although the exact time may vary slightly depending on the server and time zone.
The full Territory reset will continue to occur every three months.
Territory Takeover Schedule Updates
We’ve adjusted several Takeover times to create clearer contesting paths toward Qoda and improve the overall flow of the Territory Capture map:
- Aylus: Wednesday at 19:00 UTC → Friday at 13:00 UTC
- Brellan: Sunday at 13:00 UTC
- Qoda: Sunday at 19:00 UTC
With this change, Aylus will now always fall on the first Takeover day of each Territory Capture season.
U.S.S. Kelcie Mae Blueprints and Parts
U.S.S. Kelcie Mae Blueprints and Parts have been added to the T2 and T3 Territory Service spawn pools, providing additional opportunities to make progress on the ship through Territory Capture.

Updates
Syndicate Level 61 Instant Warp Update
We’re updating the Syndicate Level 61 Instant Warp buff to make it clearer which ships are eligible to receive the benefit.
The eligible ship list will be available directly from the Syndicate Level 61 node and Tooltip will include supported ships such as FKR ships, the Ra’UI Reaver, the Amalgam, and other eligible vessels.
The Instant Warp buff applies only to the ships specifically listed as eligible and will not apply to future G3–G6 Survey ships, including the U.S.S. Kelcie Mae.
G4 Ascension Update
With Update 93.1, we introduced a gift bundle for Ops 40+ players containing the Ascension Research unlock. This allowed eligible players who had not previously unlocked the required node to continue progressing through the Ascension Research Tree.
With the launch of Update 95, the existing G4 Ascension Bundle will be updated to contain 1 Ascension Research Unlock Token.
Following this change, players at Ops 39 and below will need to progress through the Ascension Research Tree to reach G4. For players at Ops 40+, the gift bundle introduced with Update 93.1 will remain available, allowing them to unlock the required research and continue progressing through the tree.

Refinery
- Fixed an issue in the Sigma Refinery where the digits “1” and “4” in the popularity label for the Tier 14 bundle could overlap.
- Addressed an issue in the Territory Research Tree where the Continuum Consulate Required Research node displayed buff values as percentages (1%) instead of flat values (1).

Ships
- Fixed an issue where U.S.S Vengeance Towing and U.S.S. Discovery Summon could fail, preventing players from relocating their ships and displaying an “_error_0” message.

Alliance Chat
- Fixed an issue that could prevent some players from sending messages in Alliance Chat.
User Interface
- Addressed an issue in Mirror Systems where the required Rift amount could be missing from the Object Viewer when selecting certain portals.
